The Our House "Better Taste Guarantee" promises great-tasting Brownies, Cookies, Bread, and Pancakes and Waffles mixes, the company says. Each box of Our House products offers two easy-to-prepare recipes with more recipes available online. House Autry Four Oaks, N.C. ancient grain puffs Angie's Boomchickapop added Angie's Boomchickapuff made with ancient grains to its lineup. The new puffs are gluten-free and are made with non- GMO corn and ancient grains quinoa and sorghum. Angie's Boomchickapuff are available in three flavors: White Cheddar, Sweet & Salty, and Sweet Barbeque. Angie's Boomchickapop Mankato, Minn. Flour blend Authentic Foods added Steve's Gluten- Free Flour Blend to its line of baking mixes. Steve's Gluten-Free Flour Blend mimics wheat and offers fast-rising dough that creates the texture of bread without the use of binders. The blend can be used to create baked goods and pastas, including ravioli, croissants and pretzels. In addition, the blend has a high-fiber formulation. Steve's Gluten-Free Flour Blend is available in 3.6-lb.bags for $17. Authentic Foods Los Angeles Cauliflower crust Absolutely Gluten Free developed a gluten-free pizza with a flourless, cauliflower crust available with mozzarella cheese or non-dairy mozzarella-style cheese toppings. The individual pizzas are 57 calories per 1.7 grams of fat and 60 calories per 2 grams of fat, respectively. They are certified gluten free, non-GMO and kosher by the Orthodox Union. The pizzas retail between $4.99 and $5.99. Absolutely Gluten Free Bayonne, N.J. Corn-based crackers RW Garcia created a new line of natural, gluten-free snacks: 3Seed Crackers. The line consists of three varieties: 3Seed Sweet Potato, 3Seed Kale, and 3Seed Harvest. The varieties combine flaxseed, sesame seeds and chia seeds with non-GMO corn and other vegetables. The entire line features Non-GMO Project verified crackers that are rich in omega 3 and high in fiber due to the types of seeds used. The crackers come in a 6.5-oz. box and are priced from $5.99 to $6.49. RW Garcia San Jose, Calif. unprocessed cereal Holy Crap's gluten-free, vegan, non- GMO organic breakfast cereals are now Gluten-Free Certification Program (GFCP) certified in partnership with the Canadian Celiac Association and the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness. Holy Crap cereal is an artisan blend of unprocessed ingredients. The cereal contains omega-3 and omega-6 and is high in protein and fiber. Holy Crap Toronto Traditional shortbreads Walkers Shortbread has adapted its traditional shortbread recipe to offer Gluten Free Shortbread. Walkers Gluten Free line replaces wheat flour with a blend of rice flour, maize flour, and potato starch, while retaining the same butter and sugar content. The cookies contain no artificial flavorings, colorings or preservatives. The new gluten-free line includes: Gluten Free Pure Butter Shortbread, Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Shortbread, and Gluten Free Ginger and Lemon Shortbread. Walkers Hauppauge, N.Y. Certified granola Boulder Granola's entire granola line is certified gluten-free, organic, vegan and non-GMO Project verified. All of the products are now dairy-free as well. Additionally, Boulder Granola launched a new flavor, Vanilla Pecan, which features a touch of cinnamon, to join its bestselling flavor, Gluten Free Original, which is now called Original, along with other flavors, Cranberry and Chocolate Chunk.
