The 1 st Gluten Free Pizzas made with Sprouted Ancient Grains now available in supermarket freezers GLUTEN-FREE 2 2 Progressive Grocer Products Showcase / Spring 2015 Granola cereal and snack General Mills' Chex expanded its lineup with Chex Gluten Free Granola Mix, which is available in two varieties: Honey Nut and Mixed Berry Almond. The granola mixes contain no artificial colors or flavor. Mixed Berry Almond is made with Chex squares, granola, almonds and sweetened fruit pieces, such as blueberries and cranberries. Honey Nut combines Chex squares with granola, almond and sweet honey nut clusters. General Mills Minneapolis Warm oatmeal Nature's Path launched Qi'a Superfood Oatmeal, hot breakfast cereals with Qi'a superfood blend as a base in three flavors: Superseeds and Grains, Creamy Coconut, and Cinnamon Pumpkin Seed. Qi'a Superfood Oatmeal combines chia, hemp and buckwheat with gluten-free rolled oats, seeds and grains to provide a warm, wholegrain breakfast that is an excellent source of ALA omega-3 and a good source of fiber. It contains no added salt, low (1 gram) or no sugar, and is organic, vegan, gluten-free and Non-GMO Project verified. Nature's Path Richmond, B.C., Canada bakery line The Original Cakerie added a gluten- free product line called Inspired by Happiness baked goods and desserts. Made with premium ingredients, the Inspired by Happiness line is certified gluten-free by National Foundation for Celiac Awareness's Gluten-Free Certification Program and uses only natural flavors and colors. Products available for grocery include family- size three-layer cakes called Dreamin' of Strawberries White Chocolate Shortcake and Dreamin' of Chocolate Dark and White Chocolate Layer Cake. The Original Cakerie Delta, British Columbia, Canada Kale Tortilla Chips Garden of Eatin' released two new flavors, Kale Tortilla Chips and Reduced Fat Blue and Yellow Chips. Garden of Eatin' Kale Tortilla Chips are topped off with a topical seasoning and are an excellent source of vitamin K. Garden of Eatin' Reduced Fat Blue and Yellow Tortilla Chips are 25 percent less fat than the leading brand of tortilla chips, the company says.
