Rudi's Organic Bakery Boulder, Colo. apple cider vinegar beverage CideRoad released a line of bottled organic switchel. CideRoad Organic Switchel is a sweet-tart-gingery beverage that includes tang from apple cider vinegar, sweetness from maple syrup and spice from ginger. The drinks contain less than 70 calories per serving. CideRoad Organic Switchel is available in Original, Blueberry, and Cherry flavors, and a bottle retails for $3.49. CideRoad Mendham, N.J. Sprouted and ancient Grain Cereals Back to Nature Foods Co. has expanded its product categories to include a line of sprouted and ancient grain cereals. The product line is also Non- GMO Project Verified and includes one gluten-free option. The company created family-favorite cereals with a unique twist such as using wholesome ingredients like KAMUT brand Khorasan wheat, amaranth, chia and flax. Flavors include: Berry Sprouted Blend, Oat Medley, Honey Grains, Risin' Raisin Blend, and Sprout and Shine. Back to Nature Foods Co. Naples, Fla. allergen-free chocolate Pascha developed a line of organic, allergen-free chocolates. Pascha's bars and chips are free from the major allergy triggers, including peanuts, nuts, dairy, soy, eggs, wheat, sesame, and rice. Pascha Chocolate's creations showcase the cacao bean and include an 85 percent Cacao Dark Chocolate and 100 percent Cacao Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Baking Chips. Each offering is certified organic, Fair Trade, kosher, vegan, non-GMO verified, and part of the 1 percent For the Planet movement. Pascha Co. Toronto Chips and salsa Nature's Path offers a Mexican-inspired brand called Que Pasa. The company also added three new salsas to the existing line of tortilla chips. Que Pasa Organic Salsas are available in Chipotle, Mexicana Medium, and Mexicana Mild flavors. Que Pasa Organic Tortilla Chips are made from volcanic stone-ground whole kernel corn. The gluten-free, wholegrain chips come in Red, White, Blue and Yellow corn varieties and are Non-GMO Project verified. The entire Que Pasa line is USDA certified organic. Nature's Path Organic Foods Richmond, British Columbia, Canada popcorn additions G.H. Cretors released a line of popcorn, including Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Popped Corn and Organic Simply Salted Popped Corn. Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Popped Corn is popped in extra virgin olive oil. Organic Simply Salted Popped Corn is made with organic popcorn, organic sunflower oil and sea salt. Each is packaged in a 4.4- oz. bag and is certified gluten-free. G.H. Cretors Chicago Wholegrain cereal Kellogg added Kashi Organic Promise Sprouted Grains, a new cereal made from a blend of sprouted whole grains such as wheat, oats, barley, spelt, brown rice, and amaranth. Kashi Organic Promise Sprouted Grains is vegan, contains 51 grams of whole grains and 6 grams of protein. Like the rest of the brand, the new cereal is also Non-GMO Project verified and USDA certified organic. Kashi Organic Promise Sprouted Grains cereal is sold for $4.59. Kellogg Co. Battle Creek, Mich. Kids snack Kids Gourmet created Slammers Snacks, a new line of superfood snacks created for kids. Slammers packaging is designed to be eye-catching to school-aged children. Slammers on-the-go pouches are organic and available in: Epic (mangoes, bananas, oranges, carrots, Greek yogurt and vanilla), Awesome (bananas, blueberries, strawberries, beets, acai and amaranth), Chill'n (bananas, blueberries, butternut squash, Greek yogurt and yumberry), and Pumped (bananas, pineapple, mangos, ancient grains, butternut squash and cinnamon).
