The beverage industry comprises a range of substantial categories with a plethora of subcategories, thus growth indicates a strong performance across most major segments, ofsetting slipping sales in some corners of the industry. But even as the economy recovers, many of the recession-inspired behaviors have lasted and become part of the norm, much to the beneft of some beverages subcategories.
